Amanda joined the staff of AAI in 2024, and has been working in the field of foster care and adoption in various roles for more than a decade. Amanda currently works in pre-adoption support for a non-profit and works as a part-time Adoptive Family Caseworker for AAI. She obtained a Master’s of Social Work from Michigan State University in 2012. Amanda is a parent herself, with four children (all boys!). In her free time, Amanda enjoys thrifting, gardening, reading, and attending her children’s numerous sporting events.
