Laura joined AAI’s staff in June of 2004, and since that time has worked in several different capacities within the agency. Starting in the international department, Laura assisted adoptive families in the China and Russia programs. She has worked in our legal department, managed human resources, and worked in the domestic adoption department. Laura is currently in administration working as the Director of Operations. She especially enjoys working with prospective adoptive parents at the beginning of their adoption journey and says, “I feel truly blessed to take part in bringing children together with their families. It’s amazing to witness the impact that the love and commitment of a family has on a child.” Laura and her husband have two children, and in her free time, she enjoys reading, camping, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her family.
