If you would like to schedule a free phone consultation with an adoption specialist to talk about adopting a child, please sign up for an online adoption portal account below. After you complete the account request form, you will receive an automated email from the software company, CAIRS / MyAdoptionPortal.com to activate your account. (Please check your spam box if you don't receive the activation email within 5-10 minutes, or call our office at 616-667-0677.)
Once you've, logged into your account, click on the 'Tasks' option to complete and submit a Consultation Questionnaire. One of our adoption specialists will contact you to schedule a free phone consultation.
